In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and data protection regulations, you can request the deactivation and permanent deletion of your VTUETOPOP account and associated personal data.
ⓘ What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
♧ Personal Data RemovedYour full name, phone number, email address, and profile credentials will be permanently erased when the request is processed.
▣ Access TerminatedAll active login sessions, API authentication tokens, and virtual accounts will be revoked when applicable.
▤ Wallet BalanceEnsure you withdraw or utilize any remaining wallet balance prior to submitting your request.
◷ Processing WindowVerified deletion requests are completely executed within 7 business days.

Please fill out the form below using the registered email address associated with your VTUETOPOP account.
Your email application has been opened with the deletion request prepared. Please press Send to submit the request to vtuetopup@gmail.com. This page does not automatically delete any user account.
▣ How to Delete From Within the Mobile App
If you have the VTUETOPOP mobile application installed:
- Open the app and log into your account.
- Go to Settings / Profile.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete / Deactivate Account.
- Enter your password or 4-digit transaction PIN to confirm.
